Capturing institutional knowledge is the hard part of enterprise AI, so most of the product is about making that capture painless and keeping the result under your control.
Knowledge Intake collects expertise in whatever form it already exists — record a voice or video walkthrough, upload documents, capture photos, or write a quick note. Audio and video are transcribed and segmented automatically, so a ten-minute explanation becomes searchable, structured knowledge without anyone writing a document.
Each AI Agent is trained against categories you define, bounded by guardrails you set, and answers only from the knowledge you have given it. Gap analysis shows what it still cannot answer, and generated training questions route to the people who know.
Knowledge Analysis examines the material behind each answer and reports what is wrong with it: sources that contradict one another, questions too vague to answer without guessing, and topics your material simply does not cover. Every finding is stated in one plain sentence and names the exact note, document, or recording at fault, with a link straight to it — and it stays on the queue until someone fixes the source, reopening by itself if the problem comes back.
Supervision queues the agent's responses for review. Mark an answer good or correct it, and the correction becomes part of what it knows — so quality is something you steer rather than hope for.
Agents are scoped to teams, so each group reaches the expertise relevant to them. Organizations are fully isolated from one another; your knowledge trains your agents and nothing else.
